The cover features a spherical pattern of black lines like the lines demarkating the merkator and the degree north and south on a globe. On it an uneven circle is drawn, following the middle of the sphere and being uneven at the side.
This might refere to the untypical behaviour of the humanized machines in the book of Cyberiad, where robots act like people in fairy tales.
